Fishing is Cancelled

I am so disappointed. We planned to go on fishing but the weather did not cooperate. It rains the whole day. We have to stay inside watching tv. I wanted to have fish bbq this evening. I have to think now what I am going to cook this evening.
The fish pond is just 30 minutes drive from our house. They have 5 ponds with different sizes of zalmforel fish.

I hope that the weather tomorrow will be better than today. It might be cloudy but it would still be fine as long as there is no rain.

NEW PR

I have checked the PR of this blog and it was 3. I am so happy to have my PR back after a year of having a new domain. Last few months ago I had a problem of the domain provider of this blog because just in one moment my domain was gone. It took me days to fix it and now is back and my PR is also back.

Funny Monday...New Family Driver

Martin had just received his brand new drivers license. The family troops out to the driveway, and climbs in the car, where he is going to take them for a ride for the first time. Dad immediately heads for the back seat, directly behind the newly minted driver.

"I'll bet you're back there to get a change of scenery after all those months of sitting in the front passenger seat teaching me how to drive," says the beaming boy to his father.

"Nope," comes dad's reply, "I'm gonna sit here and kick the back of your seat as you drive, just like you've been doing to me all these years."

My hubby laughed and reacted that he should not forget this. When our boy Kevin get his driver's license, he will do the same. That irritates him everytime Kevin kicks unintentionally his seat.

Children Deserve the Best

There comes a point in your life when FUN no longer means bar hopping, clubbing, being out until 4am or drinking too much...
It means family dinners, bedtime stories, 8pm bedtimes, outdoor activities etc. Becoming a parent doesn't change YOU, it makes you realize that the little people you created deserve the best in life- your time.

Last Tuesday evening to went to the moviehouse and watched "SMURFS". The day later we went to "EFTELING", the biggest amusement park in the Netherlands.
