Yesterday I heard from the news about the tsunami that will hit Japan. So, this morning I searched on the net and found out this video.

Sushi is expensive. Do you think?
Last week the kids had a week vacation from school. So, I made an appointment with my Chinese friend if she could teach me on how to make sushi. Me and my kids went to her house to make sushi. We had a great lunch; sushi and chinese soup. On our way home we dropped by the Indonesian store to buy the things needed to make sushi. Last Sunday I tried to make my own sushi. It turned out great. I love this dish. Very simple and affordable.
Shrimps in wanton wrapper, siomai, rice balls were also on the table.
