Lechon in the Turbo
It is nice to start the month to post a tasty food "Lechon".
Last month May 22, Annabel celebrated her 9th birthday. My friend made a lechon in the turbo. We all know that skin of pig and chicken is not healthy but how could one resist it especially when you see a crispy skin like this.
But I really missed the real lechon.

Wow lechon! My mouth suddenly watered for the lechon from Cebu. Oh how I miss it so.
