HeaLThy aFTeRnooN SnaCks

This year I encourage my kids to eat more fruits. So, I prepare every afternoon slices of frutis like kiwi, apples, pears, melon and banana. They eat more fruits if I do it in this way. My hubby buys fruits every week. We put them in the fruit bowl but they don't even care to get some. The fruits will just rotten in the bowl.

Try to slice the fruits and put them on a serving dish. Just leave it on the table. They just come and pick some. They are more attracted to the fruits when they are peeled, sliced and served.
You don't need to have apples or imported fruits. Just have banana, chicos, mangosteen, durian, or any local fruits  will do. Stop giving junkfood and candies.
WE MAKE THIS YEAR A HEALTHY YEAR.
What is your afternoon snacks?

I definitely agree with you, Faye. As our American family doctor advises, do some tricks with the fruits and vegetables to make your kids eat them. Great tip for moms out there to avoid junks. I'll share in my post what I did with my pancake next time.
Btw, thanks for the constant visit, dear.
